SLUDA (Saint Louis University Dietetics Association) is the on campus organization established by students to promote the field of nutrition and dietetics on campus. It also serves as an opportunity for students to take on leadership roles. We provide multiple opportunities each semester to get involved with health promotion such as Give Kids a Smile, Gardens to Tables Food Day, Campus Kitchen events, and many more. Our location in the Doisy College of Health Sciences and our affiliations with food and nutrition related facilities throughout the St. Louis area provide our students with unique opportunities for hands-on experiences. Students can also become members of the St. Louis Dietetic Association and the American Dietetic Association.
